Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Professional Learning Coordinator & Customer Care to support both our professional learning programs and customer service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while coordinating training initiatives for school boards and education partners.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Learning Coordination
- Liaise with school board technology leaders via email, phone, and virtual/in-person meetings
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage instructor schedules, assignments, and caseloads
- Oversee training purchase orders, billing, and biweekly invoicing
- Maintain and update student, instructor, and school board records in internal systems
- Generate and analyze reports for internal teams and school board partners
Customer Care
- Provide responsive support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Enter and process orders received through phone, email, and webstore
- Manage customer inquiries related to shipping, returns, and product information
- Process online orders and payments as required
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM and ERP systems
- Support sales activities using CRM tools
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in French is an asset)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn CRM/ERP systems
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative team player
