This is primarily a sales-focused role with reception responsibilities. You will guide guests toward wellness by confidently recommending Massage Packages and Memberships that support their goals.
This role requires salesmanship:
- A natural aptitude for sales and the confidence to ask for the business
- Emotional resilience — the ability to hear “no” and stay composed and motivated
- Professional persistence and the courage to continue presenting value
- Comfort working toward sales targets
- Previous sales experience preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Strong phone and professional text communication skills (incoming and outgoing)
- Proficient computer skills with accuracy in scheduling and invoicing
- High-level organization and multitasking during busy periods
- Self-motivated and productive during slower periods (outreach, follow-ups, cleaning, admin tasks, etc.)
- Commitment to exceptional customer service at every interaction

Availability Required:
- Evenings (later afternoon start until 9:00 PM)
- At least one shift per weekend, every weekend
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
