PrecisionCare Physiotherapy has been in operation for over a decade, serving the community from three locations within the Lower Mainland. We have an opening for a new receptionist to join our company, working at our Vancouver location in Kerrisdale. We are seeking someone who shares in our vision of personalized care, quality service, and full rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate is both passionate about helping people and enthusiastic to be an integral part of our health care team long-term. As the face of our company and first point of contact for those visiting our clinics, you are the foundation that allows us to properly care for our patients. You should be reliable, diligent, and flexible. The job requires exemplary oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, problem solve, and take initiative.
You may be called upon to substitute at our Burquitlam or Yaletown locations if there is a temporary need. This position is part-time, but additional hours will be available in the near future.

Responsibilities:
- Handling phone and fax line
- Scheduling appointments and receiving payments using JaneApp
- Billing extended health insurance companies
- Communicating with ICBC, WCB, and law firms
- Processing office correspondence and composing formal emails
- Light cleaning procedures
- Opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with our team of physiotherapists and kinesiologists to provide patients with the best possible experience to aid their recovery

Qualifications:
- At least one year receptionist experience
- At least two years customer service experience
- At least two years post-secondary education
- Fluency in English
- Multilingual an asset
- Willingness to cover at Burquitlam/Yaletown location if necessary
