Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roofing installation projects with enthusiasm and precision. Duties
- Supervise roofing crews during installation, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of project
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of the project to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety meetings, and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in roofing or general construction projects with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials
- Extensive construction experience with knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability in quality control practices and ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing project budgets and timelines effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, and subcontractors on-site
- Knowledge of roofing-specific tools, techniques, and industry best practices is highly desirable
