Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, and specialty items according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and baked goods with attention to detail and creativity
- Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all baked items meet food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Package baked goods for display and sale while maintaining presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery workspace, including equipment and tools
Skills
- 1 year of baking or pastry experience
- Diploma from a culinary institute
