Job Description
- Greeting/serving customers with HGCC Standards of Customer Service.
- Operating POS system.
- Providing knowledge and recommendations to customers; focusing on HGCC products and general coffee knowledge.
- Operating coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) and other kitchen/food prep equipment (oven, sandwich press, sanitizer, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Utilizing knowledge of Safe Food Handling practices while dealing with food and beverages.
- Stocking shelves and replenishing inventory.
- Keeping the customer and cafe areas clean, safe, and up to HGCC standards.
