Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through various aesthetic services.
Responsibilities:
- As a Medical Aesthetician, part of customer care, your responsibilities will include front desk work including answering calls, booking appointments, confirming appointments, and greeting your clients
- Perform regular or medical facial treatments (HydraFacial, IPL). You may also offer laser, radio frequency, and other laser treatments
- Preparatory work and properly cleaning and restocking rooms/dispensaries as required; controlling and monitoring inventory;
- Manage the promotion and online marketing of treatments, services, sessions, and programs available to clients through Instagram and TikTok.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service setting.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in sales is preferred, with a focus on promoting beauty products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
