Job Summary:
The Relief Delivery Driver / Inside Plant Worker is responsible for providing reliable delivery services when needed and assisting with daily operations inside the plant. This role requires flexibility to alternate between driving duties and production or warehouse tasks, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Relief Delivery Driver
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers according to scheduled routes.
- Load and unload products while ensuring accuracy and minimizing damage.
- Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and roadworthy delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues, delivery delays, or incidents promptly.
Inside Plant Worker
- Assist with general production process.
- Load and unload materials and supplies.
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to safety guidelines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory control and stock movement.
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations.
- Support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- to be provided
- Previous delivery driving or warehouse/manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- 40 hours per week Mon-Fri schedule no nights or weekends.

Pay: $16.00-$17.25 per hour
