Duties
- Perform comprehensive exterior washes, including hand washing, waxing, and drying to achieve a pristine finish
- Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, windows, and dashboards for a spotless look
- Apply protective treatments such as tire shine and interior conditioners to enhance vehicle appearance
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and communicate findings to management or customers when necessary
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by answering questions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the detailing process
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to promote safety and efficiency during all shifts
- Follow established procedures for safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
