About us
Ingram and Sons Cannabis Co. is a family-run, licensed cannabis store in Vankleek Hill, Ontario. We take the product seriously, treat customers like neighbours (because they usually are), and we pay a certified living wage. We're hiring a full-time budtender (30+ hours a week) to join the team.
What you'll do
You're the person at the counter: helping customers find what they're after, answering questions, and keeping the shop running smoothly.
- Greet and help customers, from daily regulars to first-timers
- Walk customers through products, strains, consumption methods and effects
- Ring up sales accurately on the POS
- Know the inventory well enough to make honest recommendations
- Check ID and follow Ontario cannabis rules and AGCO requirements (19+, always)
- Keep the store clean, organised and welcoming
- Help with inventory and stock rotation
What you'll need
- To be 19 or older (legal requirement)
- CannSell certification, or willing to get it before your start date
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- Cannabis knowledge is a strong asset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual English and French is a plus)
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Location
16 High Street, Vankleek Hill, ON. This is an in-person role.
Pay: $22.20 per hour
