Our Etobicoke- based client looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced warehouse specializing in plumbing and HVAC parts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational goals
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain efficient workflows
- Analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of warehouse operations management experience
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or industrial distribution industry is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
