Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery, to perform pest control tasks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up actions required.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus, as you will be responsible for promoting services to clients.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification required for pest control operations.

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
