About The Role
RAM is currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to support quality turnover and project closeout activities on a major infrastructure project in Surrey, BC.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality coordination, project coordination, document control, or construction quality management who enjoys working closely with field teams, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully and all quality requirements are met.
What You'll Be Working On
- Support project turnover and closeout activities from construction through final handover.
- Coordinate with field engineers, quality teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to track and close turnover requirements.
- Consolidate and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), turnover packages, check sheets, quality records, and supporting documentation.
- Review comments from engineering, construction, and client teams and help facilitate resolution.
- Monitor documentation completeness and ensure turnover deliverables are submitted accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain project quality records and support compliance with project and client quality requirements.
- Assist with document control, records management, and project closeout processes throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in quality coordination, project coordination, construction quality, document control, turnover, or project closeout activities.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, utility, industrial, or major construction projects is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of project documentation.
- Comfortable working with field teams, engineers, contractors, and clients in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
- Full-time site-based role in Surrey, BC.
- Willingness to travel and support future project assignments as required.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include the competitive bonus program or the comprehensive benefits package offered by RAM Consulting.
