Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and handle phone and email communication
- Perform data entry, filing, and document organization
- Prepare reports, invoices, and correspondence using office software
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Manage office supplies and support daily administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain an organized office environment
Requirements
- Experience in office administration or clerical support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Accurate data entry and document management abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous front desk or medical office experience is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
