Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused customer service Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and expert service knowledge to our customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and possesses strong communication skills, with experience in Customer Service and TMS systems. enabling you to connect with diverse customer bases and effectively track and trace shipments, enter orders and work closely with our sales team to make sure no detail gets missed.
Responsibilities
- Provide updates to customers in a timely fashion
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product benefits and technical specifications
- Demonstrate effective time management to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Benefits start after six months
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of logistics experience an asset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of technology products an asset
- Familiarity with TMW, Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in operations
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Proven time management skills ensuring efficient service during peak hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
