We are a pre-owned automotive dealership that is looking for enthusiastic candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to prospective customers and new sales leads on the phone, email, and in person. This individual is dedicated to creating a positive customer experience that creates value for both the customer and the dealership.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the office and assist in the management of resources.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing appointments, and answering phones.
- Assist in answering questions about our services and procedures.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other office duties.
- Maintain all paperwork for billing and invoicing.
- Manage client files, including keeping all records up to date.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and request new supplies when needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness and order according to established standards.
- Work closely with management to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed (faxing, filing, emailing, scanning, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Manager preferred.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burnaby, BC V5C 5A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- office manager: 2 years (preferred)
