Automotive Sales Consultant
Location: Gateway Chevrolet Buick GMC – Brampton, ON
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | In-person (includes Saturdays)

We are a fast-growing, high-volume dealership looking for motivated Sales Consultants (experienced or new to automotive sales) who are passionate about helping customers and ready to grow their careers.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is an asset, not mandatory)
✅ Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
✅ Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
✅ Valid OMVIC certification (required)
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
✅ Eligible to work in Ontario
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through a smooth, transparent car-buying journey
- Build rapport and understand customer needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence and strong product knowledge
- Assist customers with vehicle selection
- Provide honest, no-pressure information — no gimmicks, no stress
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong post-sale customer relationships
- Stay current on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge
- Ensure all transactions meet OMVIC regulations and dealership standards

Compensation & Benefits:
- Projected annual earnings: $100,000 – $200,000+
- Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
