About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and responsible Brand Ambassador to represent a client at local events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating memorable experiences, and bringing a brand’s story to life in engaging and dynamic ways.
Bonus points for candidates with theatre, acting, or performance experience, though this is not required.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at events, activations, and in public-facing environments
- Engage with the public in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every event
- Assist with event set-up and tear-down as needed
- Capture social media moments (photos and videos) during events
- Travel to various event locations in Ottawa and surrounding areas
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
- Reliable, responsible, and professional
- Comfortable engaging with strangers and initiating conversations
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Available for evening and weekend shifts as required
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Experience in customer service, events, promotions, or theatre is an asset but not required
