Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. Duties

- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote products and services, including digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Provide insightful analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
