Job Description:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) DevOps expérimenté (e) et stratégique pour diriger le développement , le déploiement et le soutien opérationnel de solutions de test et de mesure destinées aux clients du secteur des télécommunications .
Cette personne sera responsable de faire évoluer un modèle opérationnel DevOps moderne favorisant la livraison de logiciels de haute qualité , des déploiements évolutifs et un soutien client fiable dans des environnements télécoms complexes.
La personne combine une solide expérience en leadership avec une compréhension approfondie des principes DevOps, des méthodologies de développement logiciel , des pratiques CI/CD, des architectures infonuagiques (cloud-native) et des technologies de réseaux télécoms . Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion de produits , d’opérations et de soutien à la clientèle afin d’accélérer la livraison tout en assurant la fiabilité des services et la satisfaction des clients.
Principales responsabilités
Leadership et stratégie DevOps
Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et des métriques opérationnelles permettant de mesurer la vitesse de livraison, la qualité logicielle , la fiabilité , les résultats clients et la performance opérationnelle .
Assurer l’adoption de méthodologies modernes de développement matériel et logiciel , incluant Agile, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, les tests automatisés , l’intelligence artificielle et la gestion des versions.
Leadership d’équipe et développement organisationnel
Excellence opérationnelle
Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en développement de produits , ingénierie logicielle , DevOps, opérations techniques ou dans des rôles de leadership technologique comparables.
Excellente compréhension du modèle opérationnel DevOps, incluant les pipelines CI/CD, l’infrastructure , l’automatisation , l’observabilité et les principes SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).
Bonne compréhension et utilisation pratique des outils d’intelligence artificielle (IA) et des technologies émergentes , ainsi que la capacité d’en favoriser l’adoption afin d’améliorer l’efficacité DevOps, l’automatisation et les résultats d’affaires.
Maîtrise des méthodologies de développement logiciel telles qu’Agile , Scrum, DevSecOps , les tests automatisés et la gestion des versions.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of DevOps to lead the development, deployment, and operational support of testing and measurement solutions for customers in the telecommunication area. This role is responsible for driving a modern DevOps operating model that enables high-quality software delivery, scalable deployments, and reliable customer support across complex telecom environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership experience with deep understanding of DevOps principles, software development methodologies, CI/CD practices, cloud-native architectures, and telecom network technologies. This leader will partner closely with product management, operations, and customer-facing teams to accelerate delivery while maintaining service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
DevOps Leadership & Strategy
- In line with the business unit objectives, define and execute the DevOps strategy to support the full lifecycle of telecom network testing and measurement solutions.
- Build and evolve a high-performing DevOps organization focused on automation, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Champion DevOps culture and best practices across development, deployment, testing, and operational support teams.
- Ensure ongoing technology scouting to identify innovation opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and operational metrics to measure delivery velocity, software quality, reliability, customer outcomes, and operational performance.
- Ensure adoption of modern hardware and software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, automated testing, AI, and release management.
- Ensure development practices support quality, security, maintainability, and scalability.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Align team priorities with business goals and customer commitments.
- Create winning conditions to make the team succeed, by providing appropriate coaching and foster a 360° learning culture.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product development, software engineering, DevOps, technical operations, or related technology leadership roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in a software or telecom environment.
- Strong understanding of the DevOps operating model, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure, automation, observability, and SRE principles.
- Strong understanding and practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and emerging technologies, with the ability to drive their adoption to improve DevOps efficiency, automation, and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, automated testing, and release management.
- Experience deploying and supporting complex software solutions in customer production environments.
- Experience leading organizational transformation from traditional support models to DevOps-based operating models.
