What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Present and explain Technety’s products and services confidently
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication
- Help develop sales strategies and improve customer outreach
- Contribute ideas and help shape the future of the sales department
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the founding team
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Is self-driven, confident, and motivated by results
- Wants to grow long-term with a startup
- Is comfortable working on commission and building their own success
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Enjoys networking, sales, and building relationships
- Thinks like an entrepreneur and wants leadership opportunities in the future
- Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and ambition matter more
The Vision
We are not just hiring a salesperson. We are looking for someone who wants to help build Technety’s sales operation from the ground up — someone who can eventually lead the department and grow a strong sales team around them.
Experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or selling IT/technology services is considered a strong asset.
