Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisors to lead our landscaping team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experienced in landscaping/hardscaping projects such as retaining walls, paver patio, usage of equipment, lawn maintenance, with a keen eye for detail. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks, including supervising team members, managing projects efficiently and completing in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Lead team members in landscaping projects, with an emphasis on safe work site practices.
- Working alongside team members to foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of techniques for effective project completion.
- Familiarity with various landscape projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
