Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot meals efficiently while maintaining food safety standards
- Assist customers with their meal selections, answer questions, and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Restock supplies, organize merchandising displays, and ensure proper storage of food items
- Support maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues to ensure a safe, functional environment
- Supervision of colleagues in department in evenings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer interaction is essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse community needs
- Knowledge of merchandising, cleaning protocols, and basic maintenance procedures is advantageous
