Bakery Team Member – Full-Time / Part-Time
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bakery Team Member to support our existing team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a bakery or similar food production environment and be able to work independently while handling high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily bakery production, including preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods
- Ensure quality and consistency in all products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently and independently while being a strong team player
- Manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Maintain reliability and consistency in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting is required
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong self-motivation and initiative
- A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
