We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding our market presence, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and earning commissions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and account retention
- Present products and services effectively, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data
- Conduct in-person demonstrations, presentations, and product education to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Engage in technical sales discussions, demonstrating product features and benefits to technical audiences
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in business development, account management, or marketing is preferred
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales metrics
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans
- Customer service experience that emphasizes building long-term client relationships
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
