Configure, implement, and support MES applications to align with production and operational requirements
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system availability and reliability
Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system functionality
Integrate MES with ERP systems, PLCs, and other manufacturing technologies
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support decision-making
Provide user support, training, and documentation for MES-related processes
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and validation activities
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives through system enhancements and automation
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
MES experience is a must
3 5 years of experience in manufacturing systems, automation, or IT within an industrial environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows
Experience with system integrations (ERP, PLCs, databases, etc.)
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is an asset
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
