We specifically require tutors able to work consistently the T3Z and T3H postal codes.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable local tutors to work with students to improve their academic skills and study habits in all core subjects through one-on-one In Home (and some online) tutoring. We are searching for tutors to help students in South Calgary (specifically Postal Codes starting in T3H and T3Z) least 2 hours a week. We are seeking tutors who care about their student's progress and help them gain confidence in their abilities. You will not only be a tutor, you will be a mentor and develop positive relationships with parents and students.

Qualifications:
- 1+ Years University/College (preferred)
- Knowledge of the Alberta curriculum (preferred)
- Must live in Calgary, AB Canada at time of applying
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
Requirements:
- Availability: weeknights (4:00 - 9:00pm) and some weekends. You choose your own schedule.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must complete criminal background check/vulnerability screening
- Familiar with the Alberta CBE curriculum
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license

- T3Z - West of Calgary / Rocky View County
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging tutoring sessions for students of various ages, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance language skills.
- Utilize effective communication skills in both English and Spanish to facilitate understanding.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on educational resources and methodologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
