CraftyAss Markets - Opened in November 2024 in the heart of historic downtown Cobourg, CraftyAss Markets was created to be more than just a store — it is a welcoming hub for local artists, makers, and entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide a vibrant retail space where creative businesses can showcase their products and connect with the community in a warm, supportive environment.
The Sweet Stable - Opening inside CraftyAss Markets in Spring 2026, The Sweet Stable is our exciting new food service venture. Launching with ice cream and playful sundae creations, the menu will continue to evolve with seasonal additions and fresh ideas designed to delight visitors of all ages.

Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Ice Cream Server and Cashier for The Sweet Stable, a ice cream bar/cafe space now open in historic downtown Cobourg. We are looking for a motivated individual to provide a positive, high-energy customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering the store
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with opening and closing the store
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and organized
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous food service experience considered an asset
