We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the packing operations at our facility.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of our cucumber and tomato packing warehouses. This includes supervising staff, ensuring packing quality, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating logistics to meet customer demand and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the packing facility for cucumbers and tomatoes.
· Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse and packing staff to ensure efficiency and safety.
· Monitor product quality throughout the packing process to meet food safety and customer standards.
· Manage inventory levels and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Implement and maintain food safety protocols.
· Ensure equipment is properly maintained and facility cleanliness is upheld.
· Collaborate with farm and logistics teams to coordinate harvest and shipment schedules.
· Maintain detailed records for traceability and audits.
· Drive continuous improvement in workflow, safety, and production efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in warehouse or packing facility management, preferably in the agricultural or food production sector.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.
· Ability to operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory software.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
