KSG is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our TelMAX door-to-door sales program across the Greater Toronto Area.
We're looking for a proven sales leader who can take ownership, lead with minimal supervision, and deliver results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and leads by example.
What You'll Bring
- Proven direct door-to-door sales experience
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing sales representatives
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Strong professional references
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the TelMAX door-to-door sales team across the GTA
- Own the day-to-day operation with minimal oversight
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new sales representatives
- Conduct sales meetings and field coaching
- Lead by example by knocking doors and closing sales alongside your team
- Drive team performance, accountability, and territory results
- Build a high-performance sales culture
Compensation
- Base Salary: $57,000 annually
- Uncapped commission with performance-based earning potential
