Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our team at Digitech Enterprises. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices while delivering excellent customer service. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones and tablets.
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other device components.
- Perform device testing and quality checks before returning repaired devices to customers.
- Maintain accurate repair records and update customers on repair progress.
- Provide professional customer service by explaining repair options and costs.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
- Manage inventory of repair parts and notify management when supplies are low.
- Stay current with new mobile device technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience in mobile device repair is an asset but not required; training may be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
