What You Will Be Doing, as a Customer Service Representative:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for dealers, builders, and contractors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently within the internal inventory system.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and delivery schedules via phone and email.
- Coordinating closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve order discrepancies.
- Preparing quotes and managing customer files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have, as a Customer Service Representative:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, order desk, or administrative role (experience in building materials or distribution is a major asset).
- High level of attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the company professionally.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and order entry databases.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $24.00 per hour
- Paid weekly, every Tuesday.

- A stable, consistent daytime schedule with weekends off.
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends.
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Consistent day shift with no evening or weekend work required.
Where You Will Be Working, as a Customer Service Representative:
- Main Intersection: 72nd Ave SE and Barlow Trail SE (Calgary, AB)
- Accessibility: While Calgary Transit options are available nearby, having a reliable personal vehicle is highly recommended due to the location within the industrial business park.
