- Answer a high volume of calls
- Monitor job status from optical labs and ensure accuracy and quality.
- · Perform diagnostic testing and other pre-exam testing as required.
· Maintain efficient patient flow through pre-screen area and exam rooms ensuring patients and reception are informed of delays – hand off patients to other departments.
- Dispense, adjust and repair eyewear, upon completion of appropriate training.
· Instruct patients on proper eyewear use and care of new eyeglass lenses.
· Troubleshoot and problem-solve eyewear concerns and issues to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills is a must, with good typing skills, proficiency with Word and Excel
- 1 Year optical industry experience is an asset
- License NOT required
