Administrative Support (Full Time – 18m Term) Opportunity:
The Administrative Support position plays a vital role within the team. This full time term position is required Monday to Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm) starting August 4/26 for approximately 18 months.

Organized; with a strong focus on accurate, consistent record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality

Duties and responsibilities:
Operation of the reception/switchboard
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as required
Manage the intake process for all new clients, including gathering required documentation and entering info into agency databases.
Processing payments and submission of insurance claims
Organizing and maintaining digital files, including creating and updating multiple databases as required
Conduct routine file audits to ensure documentation standards are met
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with the Jane application and ShareVision an asset
Capable of adapting to new software and technologies
Clear (IRC) Intervention Record Check and (PIC) Police Information Check required
Location:
On-site in Red Deer, Alberta.
