Overview
We are seeking a skilled SOFFIT, FASCIA, AND EAVESTROUGH INSTALLER to join our construction team. This role involves installing and repairing exterior roofing components to ensure the durability and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Install, replace, and repair soffit, fascia, and eavestrough systems according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute installation plans
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks
- Apply caulking to seal joints and prevent water infiltration
- Measure and cut materials precisely to fit designated areas
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and levels
- Experience in construction or roofing installation preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Good physical stamina for lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality craftsmanship
