What the Job Entails
In this role, you will be a vital part of our installation process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Material Handling: Loading and unloading trucks, organizing materials on-site, and ensuring the installation team has the supplies they need ready to go.
Installation Support: Assisting with the installation of cladding and exterior systems on residential and commercial buildings.
Site Preparation: Setting up safety equipment, ladders, and scaffolding, as well as maintaining a clean and professional job site (housekeeping).
Precision Work: Learning to use power tools and measuring equipment to help prep panels and trim for install.
Schedule & Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (1 hour daily).
Weekends: Potential for occasional weekend work depending on project deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful at Allklad, you must meet the following criteria:
Comfort with Heights: Most of our work is performed at heights. You must be comfortable working on scaffolding, ladders, or aerial lifts.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for all team members.
Reliable Transportation: You must have your own vehicle to get to various job sites.
Work Ethic: No experience? No problem. We provide training for those with a strong "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn the trade.
