Peace River School Division is seeking a Full-Time (1.00 fte) Term Administrative Clerk. This position will be for a two- year (2) term with the possibility of extension and is to commence September 1, 2026. This position will act as a central administrative hub for student registration, instructor scheduling, industry partnerships, and program communications for the Collegiate School and Commercial Driving Academy.
Responsibilities include:
Student Records & Enrollment: Manage the end-to-end enrollment process and maintain confidential electronic and paper student files.-
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate the program training calendar, including classroom, simulator, and in-truck instruction.

Financial Administration: Coordinate funding with industry partners, prepare documentation for invoicing, and reconcile training payments.

Communication & Marketing: Act as the primary point of contact for program inquiries and assist with social media and marketing initiatives.

General Administrative Support: Maintain organized filing systems, assist students with online learning platforms, and perform other duties as assigned to support program operations

Reporting: Maintain student tracking systems and assist in preparing regulatory reports.

Strong work ethic, approachable, and reliable with a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel and Word skills).
Education & Experience:-
Minimum two years of experience in administrative role.

Demonstrated proficiency in basic bookkeeping and data entry skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to learn and develop skills in supporting marketing and social media initiatives.
