InGenesis is seeking a Medical Affairs Coordinator to work with our client. In this position, you will work with the Medical Affairs Director, Medical Advisors, and Medical & Science Liaisons to create an efficient organized workplace and to provide general support to their medical activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the team in organizing medical events.
- Organize departmental internal or external quarterly meetings and international visits as needed including coordination of travel arrangement logistics.
- Support with the management of Investigator Initiated Studies and Local Clinical Evaluation Studies. This includes submissions, study progress tracking, and payments as per milestones.
- Assist in tracking budgets, YTD reports, and preparing accruals as required.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support.
- Evaluate all programs for compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for the procurement of services related to Medical events/projects.
- Maintain the database on absenteeism and vacation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma, a DEC in Office Technology or its equivalent would be an asset.
- More than five years of relevant experience, preferably at Merck, would be an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe are essential.
- Knowledge of SAP/COMET
- Language: Bilingual (French and English), written and oral.
