This person must have a valid licence and reliable vehicle, ability to multi task, and able to communicate and keep senior team members informed. A marketing background is definitely an asset!
This is a part/full time position that we are looking to successfully fill.
The ideal candidate must have the following skill sets!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing campaigns including social media, online listings, and promotional material
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and client appointments
- Assist with property rentals, inquiries, tenant communications, and paperwork
- Provide support with real estate transactions and client follow-ups
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases
- Perform additional administrative and client service tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with technology (email, social media, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Real estate or property management experience is an asset, but not required

- Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
- College or University degree
