Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Install, repair, and maintain heating systems, including furnaces and boilers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting for plumbing and heating systems.
- Complete installations and repairs that may involve heavy lifting.
- Communicate clearly with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Required:
- Journeyperson Plumber and Gasfitter (TQ or Red Seal).
- Experience with residential plumbing and heating systems.
- Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Basic math and measurement skills for accurate estimates.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience with HVAC systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
