Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision and care
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning heavy materials or structural elements
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with original features
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of framing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid construction experience certification or relevant training preferred
