Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced MCP Systems Architect / AI Integration Engineer to design, engineer, and implement new AI-powered business systems centered around the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework.
This role is focused on system engineering, architecture design, middleware communication, chatbot implementation, and enterprise AI integration. The ideal candidate has proven experience building real-world AI ecosystems from the ground up — including conversational AI, AI orchestration layers, business workflow automation, API integrations, and scalable MCP-based infrastructure.
This is not a traditional full-stack role. We are looking for an engineering-focused architect who understands how to design connected systems, integrate AI into operational workflows, and build intelligent infrastructure that powers new business platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and build a centralized MCP-based communication layer connecting multiple systems.
- Engineer scalable middleware infrastructure that acts as a unified AI integration backbone.
- Design system architecture for multi-platform AI communication. Implement chatbot frameworks integrated with business workflows.
- Build context-aware AI pipelines using MCP protocols. Integrate LLMs into business applications and customer-facing workflows.
- Design cloud-native architecture for AI integrations. Build secure data routing and synchronization pipelines.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in system architecture and platform engineering.
- Advanced expertise in Golang and Node.js.
- Experience with Python and TypeScript.
- REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, gRPC.
- Microservices and event-driven architecture.
- PostgreSQL, Redis, SQLite, Vector Databases.
- AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub Actions.
Required AI Experience
• Building AI-integrated business systems.
• Implementing chatbot platforms.
• Integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Creating AI orchestration pipelines. Prompt engineering and tool calling.
• API and database integrations for AI systems.
• Knowledge of retrieval systems and vector databases.
• Experience with MCP-compatible architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of software architecture or engineering experience.
- Proven experience implementing AI for new business platforms.
- Experience designing AI systems from concept to deployment.
- Experience leading technical architecture decisions.
- Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, and agent-based architecture.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
