Project Manager (Construction)

We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and building projects for our construction client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, driving projects from planning through completion, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction and building projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and documentation.
- Prepare scopes of work, review pricing and support contract administration.
- Build strong relationships while ensuring projects meet operational and lease requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of construction or project management experience.
- Strong communication, organization and administrative skills.
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Working knowledge of lease agreements is considered an asset.
