Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Brow Technician/Artist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyebrow shaping, tinting, and other brow services. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, sanitation, and professionalism to ensure an exceptional client experience. The Brow Technician/Artist will also assist with retail sales and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform professional eyebrow services including shaping, mapping, waxing and/or threading, tinting, and ombre powder brows as applicable
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable brow styles and treatments based on individual features
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a comfortable and engaging experience for clients
- Educate clients on brow maintenance, aftercare, and available retail products
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement brow treatments and meet client needs
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference
- Uphold the salon’s professional standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Experience
- Previous experience as a brow technician or artist is required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques, sanitation procedures, and proper tool sterilization practices
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to confidently recommend products to clients
- A professional appearance with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $17.20-$60.19 per hour
