We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and preparation. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Assist with food handling, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in hospitality and food service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must have valid license with a minimum of 10 years of driving experience.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
