**The Role:**
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dynamic Administrative Support Specialist. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and has a knack for talking to people, we want you!
**Your Impact:**
- Be the first point of contact: Answer phone calls for our Edmonton and Kelowna locations and manage client emails with a touch of professionalism and care.
- Keep us organized: Book appointments using JOBBER software, follow up on quotes, and manage schedules with precision.
- Drive efficiency: Document standard operating procedures, see new opportunities, set up meetings/presentations.
- Build relationships: Ensure stellar client relations through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Handle daily logistics: Manage/package/ship online orders.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks: over time this role will grow and change to fit the needs of the business and having someone who is willing to adapt accordingly.
