Role Overview
This opportunity is ideal for a Clinical Research Contract Analyst who can support both clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and business development initiatives. The role blends contract expertise with a strategic mindset to help grow clinical research partnerships and trial activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Contracts & Research Support
- Review, draft, and negotiate clinical trial agreements (CTAs), budgets, and amendments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and institutional requirements
- Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to support contract execution
- Track timelines and maintain documentation for active clinical trials
- Identify risks and provide recommendations to strengthen contract terms
Business Development & Growth
- Support identification of new clinical trial and partnership opportunities
- Assist with feasibility assessments and proposal development
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, CROs, and research partners
- Contribute to expanding the clinical trials pipeline
- Participate in client-facing and strategic growth discussions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research contracts, CTA negotiation, or contract analysis
- Background in pharma, biotech, CRO, or clinical research environments
- Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines
- Exposure to business development, client engagement, or partnerships is an asset
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time capacity
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CTMS, Veeva, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting clinical trials in specialized or rare disease environments
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
