Pine Creek Dental is seeking a full time Registered Dental Assistant to be a part of our team! We are a new Dental Clinic in Southwest Calgary and are offering a full-range of Dental Services catering to patients of all ages. Our patients' care, comfort, and convenience is of the utmost importance, along with a fun and positive working environment! Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants
- CPR Certification
Assets:
- Front Desk / Administrative Experience
- Knowledge of Dentrix and Recall Max
- IV Sedation Certification
- Preventative or Orthodontic Module Completion
- Competence in Intraoral Scanning
- Intra/Extraoral Photography Experience
- Experience with Neuromodulator (Botox®) Treatments
- Experience ordering and doing inventory
Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Take dental radiographs and clinical photographs
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.
- Handle ordering, stocking and organization of clinic.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule
- 32 - 40 Hours per Week
- One Saturday per month (6 hrs)
