Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our Beauty First Spa- Burlington Mall Locations,
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional facial and skincare services, threading, tinting, lash lift, brow lamination including eyelash extensions, to enhance our clients' natural beauty. This role requires a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and front desk duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties
- MUST KNOW THREADING
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, exfoliations, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries
- Upsell retail products and skincare packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage for ongoing skin health
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state requirements
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively at the front desk, managing appointments and client interactions
- Knowledge of current skincare trends and products is desirable
