Job duties:
· In full charge of ACE’s construction section, responsible for ACE internal construction projects (building showrooms, warehouses, storages and sheds, security facility, etc.) and external projects (building cold storages for business clients, single-story or 2-story backyard garages for residential clients, storage or sheds)
· Manage each construction project undertaken by ACE, from project estimate to completion
· Well communicate with ACE management and the project owner, comprehend project scale; conduct project evaluation and site inspection; provide budget and timeline estimates; compile contracts; blueprint building plan; recruit, train and supervise building team; order materials; schedule project phases
· Participate in all project stages, act as conduct person for everyone in the building project, coordinate activities with all parties (on-site workers, trade professionals, suppliers, clients/owners, inspectors, etc.), oversee quality and worker safety standards, answer owner’s inquiries, control cost and building progress, maintain timelines to ensure project completion on schedule
· Properly record all projects; regularly report to Management for business improvement
Qualification Requirements for Candidates:
Must have 3 years (minimal) of supervision or managerial experience in the construction industry
Must have a Bachelor degree (minimal) in civil engineering
Strong leadership, quick problem-solving capacity, high communication and negotiation skills, and teamwork ability
Good English ability (mandatory); Chinese ability (an asset)
Pay: $31.00-$35.00 per hour
